Delfin DM2 BL INERT - ATEX Certified Explosion Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

ATEX 22 certified industrial vacuum cleaner for conductive and explosive dusts or solids also mixed with liquids. Brushless head with 2 motors for maximum suction safety, antistatic polyester filter with convenient manual filter shaker, AISI304 stainless steel container and earthing included. The container is equipped with a dust inerting system that neutralises the dust by immersing it in a bath of inerting liquid as soon as it is sucked in. Inside the container, an innovative minimum level control system allows ignition only in the presence of liquid, ensuring maximum safety during use.

Introducing the DM2 BL INERT - ATEX Explosion Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, engineered for handling explosive and conductive dusts with utmost safety and efficiency. With a robust steel construction and compact, mobile design, it ensures durability and versatility. Equipped with Brushless motors, it operates safely even in hazardous areas, featuring soundproofing and multi-level filtration for prolonged motor life. With high-efficiency filtration, easy filter replacement, and manual cleaning system, maintenance is simplified. The inert liquid bath system ensures safe discharge of hazardous dust, complemented by a minimum level control system for optimal performance. The collection unit, with capacities for liquids and dust, is designed for inertizing oil baths, enhancing safety. Optional voltages and frequencies are available upon request, providing customizable solutions to meet diverse industrial needs.

The suction unit is equipped with 2 Brushless motors that allow the machine to be used in maximum safety even in areas at risk of explosion thanks to the absence of charcoal. The motors are soundproofed and protected by different levels of filtration.

It is possible to clean the filter using an integrated mechanical system: an external lever shakes the filter vertically and enables to clean the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment. The large surface star antistatic filter, located inside the filter chamber, is made of polyester and provides high resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust.

The container is designed for an inertizing oil bath (oil not included with the vacuum cleaner) that prevents explosions due to the presence of flammable dust such as aluminum or titanium. The inertizing liquid must be chosen based on the dust to be aspirated. The container includes a stainless steel deflector, a PPL filter to separate the dust and allow the oil reuse, and 3 filtration layers for oily mists. An overpressure valve prevents the risk of explosive atmospheres forming inside the container. The vacuum cleaner is built on a sturdy steel structure and equipped with robust industrial wheels, allowing easy movement even when used on uneven surfaces.
