Suction Unit Overview The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the
impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally
maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.
A pressure relief valve protects the motor, providing additional air for cooling. |
Filter Unit Overview An antistatic polyester star filter is placed inside the steel filter chamber. This filter protects
the suction unit by preventing any spark which might be caused by electrostatic discharge.
A HEPA filter is included as standard (99,995% on 0,18 micron, class H) which holds the
finest dusts and guarantees the cleanliness of the leaving air.
The filter is equipped with a semiautomatic cleaning system handled by the operator. A
pneumatic cylinder shakes the star filter by a vertical shaking movement which causes the
detachment of dusts and wastes from the filter. This way, the operator will be able to
decide without any limits when to turn the vacuum cleaner off and to clean the filter. |
Collection Unit Overview The vacuumed material is collected into a wheeled steel container, which can be extracted
for easy disposal and can be used with optional disposable bags, for safer and handier
disposal
