DG HD PN industrial vacuum cleaners are the perfect solution for sucking up enormous quantities of dry dust. The PN cleaning system consists of high surface area filter cartridges which are automatically and systematically cleaned by a reverse pulse filter cleaning system, thus eliminating the risk of build-up in the cartridge filters installed.

Introducing the DG 300 SE PN Industrial Three-Phase Vacuum Cleaner, a robust solution tailored for diverse industrial applications including cement, building and construction, electronics, rubber, and packaging. Powered by a 20 kW side channel blower motor, it operates silently and maintenance-free for continuous duty. Its tangential suction inlet with integrated cyclone ensures efficient material separation while the complete steel construction ensures durability. Equipped with features such as a pressure relief valve for motor protection, vacuum gauge for filter monitoring, and automatic filter cleaning system, it ensures uninterrupted operation and high filtration efficiency. With a suction capacity of 1100 m³/h and a 220-liter collection unit, this vacuum cleaner offers reliable performance, further customizable with optional features like HEPA filters and stainless steel components to meet specific industry needs.

The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations. A pressure relief valve protects the motor, providing additional air for cooling.

A vacuum gauge enables to check constantly the state of the filter and detect possible clogging, warning the operator that the filter must be cleaned. The suction inlet is tangential, with an internally welded cyclone that deflects the incoming material. The polyester cartridges inside the filter chamber guarantee large filter surface and prevent filter clogging. Cartridges are automatically cleaned by a pneumatic reverse pulse cleaning system.The system is automatic, timed and adjustable. A compressor can be installed (on demand) on the back frame to guarantee the required air supply.

he vacuumed material sets down into the container equipped with castors. Thanks to the safe and complete frontal discharge it's easy to empty the container without get in contact with dirt. The industrial vacuum is mounted on a robust epoxy painted chassis, with polyurethane castors and forklift intakes.
