Suction Unit Overview The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the
impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally
maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.
A pressure relief valve protects the motor, providing additional air for cooling. |
Filter Unit Overview The large surface star filter, located inside the filter stainsteel chamber, is made of
polyester and provides high resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust.
The filter is equipped with an automatic filter shaking system. A pneumatic cylinder
periodically shakes the star filter by a vertical shaking movement which causes the
detachment of dusts and wastes from the filter. The frequency and length of this system
can be adjusted by means of a timer placed inside the elecrical panel. |
Collection Unit Overview The vacuum is assembled onto a sturdy steel chassis, and provided with industrial quality
wheels , that make it suitable for mobile service even when used on rough surfaces.
The vacuumed material is collected into a wheeled steel detachable container, which can
be extracted for easy disposal and can be used with optional disposable bags, for safer and
handier disposal. |
