Equipped with an integrated filter cleaning system and pressure relief valve for motor protection, it boasts a low noise level of 69 dB(A) and offers reduced downtime for machine tools. With a suction unit voltage of 400V and power of 0.85 kW, it delivers a maximum water lift of 2000 mmH₂O and air flow of 150 m³/h. The bag filter unit features a surface area of 2000 cm² and 280 mm diameter, constructed with high-efficiency polyester material. The collection unit, made of sturdy painted steel, has a transport capacity of 15 kg/h and compact dimensions of 50x33x73h cm, weighing 35 kg. Suction Unit Overview The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the
impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally
maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.
A pressure relief valve protects the motor, providing additional air for cooling. |
Filter Unit Overview The polyester bag filter, placed inside the filtering chamber, guarantees a wide filtering
surface and high resistance to dust passage and clogging. |
