Description: Introducing the Torch 301 Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, a versatile solution for industries such as construction, electronics, and optics. Compact and mobile, it offers easy maneuverability and features an optional articulated arm for suction in restricted areas. Powered by a robust single-phase motor delivering 1.15 kW, it provides efficient suction directly from the MIG/MAG welding torch, with a maximum water lift of 2500 mmH₂O and an airflow of 180 m³/h. Equipped with a prefilter spark trap and cartridge filter, it ensures high efficiency and safety. The Dustop cleaning system facilitates easy maintenance, while the 13-liter detachable steel collection tank allows for convenient disposal. Optional features include an Absolute HEPA filter for enhanced filtration and an extraction arm for increased flexibility. Compact (40x50x86 cm) and weighing 25 kg, the Torch 301 is the perfect solution for industrial vacuuming needs. |

Suction Unit Overview The suction is provided by a by-pass motor, using carbon brushes. The motor can be
switched on by using the specific switch, or by a sensor detecting the electric current inside
the welding apparatus power cable. The motor is placed inside a sturdy steel casing filled
with soundproofing material. |
Filter Unit Overview It is possible to clean the filter using the Dustop, an integrated reverse pulse system: by
closing the suction inlet and opening a flap in the filter chamber, the airflow generated by
the motor cleans the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction
performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment. |
Collection Unit Overview The detachable AISI 304 steel collection tank has a quick release system for the rapid
disposal of the vacuumed material. |
