Installation

The product has a component-free back-box housing and canopy for an easier installation process. It consumes 20-30% less power, and the bi-color LED pilot light allows for visual diagnostic without opening the unit. The modular design allows for various mounting configurations, including recessed or surface mounting on walls or ceilings, with face panels snapping securely into the trim plate.

Electrical

    • 120/277v 60hz transformer
    • Charge rate power “ON” LED indicator light and push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing
    • 4.8V long life, maintenance-free, rechargeable NiCd battery
    • Internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to LED board for minimum 90-minute emergency illumination
    • Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours
    • Optional Dual AC model for use with a generator or backup power supply
    • SDT (Self Diagnostic Testing) option available. Unit will automatically self-test for one minute every 30 days, 30 minutes every 60 days and 90 minutes annually. Diagnostic circuit monitors performance of LED lamps, charger and battery

The Brevia series edge-lit, surface mount exit sign is constructed with a Brushed Aluminum housing. The acrylic legend is computer etched with LED sensitive ink.
